The Studio Bed and Breakfast@Abberley House

Bed and Breakfast@Abberley House is provided in The Studio which is a quiet and comfortable room sited within the garden of a 17th Century thatched cottage and located in the New Forest.

The accommodation has it's own private entrance and consists of a large bedroom with a 5ft bed which can be split into two 2ft 6" beds if required. It is comfortably furnished with a bedside table, a wardrobe with full length mirror door, a chest of drawers and hair dryer. There is a digital TV with built in DVD player for your use. The ensuite shower room has an electric shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

The Studio has the added benefit of a separate kitchenette which provides you with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and cutlery and crockery for use during your stay. Complimentary tea and coffee is also provided.

Breakfast is served within the conservatory of the main house on sunnier days, overlooking the well maintained garden, or on the colder days is served within the house's 'snug' room, overlooking the Forest, with a wood burning stove.

The Studio has a small south-facing patio area overlooking the owner's garden under a grape-vine entwined pergola with seating for two.

Parking is available within the grounds though please note access to the driveway is narrow and will not suit all vehicles.
