The Lodge@Abberley House

The Lodge is a one bedroomed unit sited within the garden of a 17th Century thatched cottage and located in the New Forest.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom with access to the garden. It has a 5ft bed which can be split into two 2ft 6" beds if required. There are bedside tables, a built in wardrobe with full length mirror, a chest of drawers and hair dryer. There is an ensuite shower room with electric shower, basin and toilet.

The living area has large double doors with access to the garden, a dining table for two persons and a sofa with seating for three. There is a flatscreen TV with in-built DVD player and a CD player with AUX connection for connecting your own MP3 player. Windows to the rear of the property overlook a strip of woodland and a field where deer can occasionally be spotted.

The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cutlery and crockery along with an iron and ironing board provided for use during your stay.

Complimentary continental breakfast items are included in your stay for you to enjoy.

Outside there is a large south-facing patio area overlooking an area of the garden for your exclusive use with seating for four. There is a also a barbeque for your use. There is access to a shed for two bikes.

Parking is available within the grounds though please note access to the driveway is narrow and will not suit all vehicles.
