Arrival for the Studio and the Lodge is after 3pm and departure is at 10amArrival for the main house is 4pm and departure is 10amShort breaks are available out of season. Please check availabilityBed linen and towels are provided. Towels are for use on the premises only. Please bring your own beach towelsBoth the external properties are cleaned and carefully checked after each letWe do ask that guests leave the properties clean and in good order. Please inform us of any breakages, damages or any other problem as soon as it occursAll breakages must either be replaced or paid for at the end of the stayThe accommodation is only for the use of the person shown on the booking form and their party. No letting or sub-letting is allowedThe owners reserve the right of access to the properties at any reasonable timeA non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable to secure the bookingFull balance is payable 8 weeks before the bookingA refundable security deposit of £50 is payable on payment of the balance for stays in the Lodge and in the StudioPayment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or through PayPal using credit/debit cardWell behaved dogs/cats are welcome with prior arrangement in the Studio and in the Lodge. There will be a £20 charge per animalWe try to make sure that all appliances and fitments are in good working order, but cannot guarantee their availability at all timesNo smoking is allowed inside the propertiesThe owners will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage, bicycle, pushchair, car or its contentsHoliday insurance is recommended but not a mandatory requirement for booking the properties. However no money can be refunded if you cancel as you are legally bound to pay for a holiday you cancel
